1. The service
ZenBox ("we", "us") is a Gmail subscription manager that helps you identify and unsubscribe from unwanted senders. The service is provided by ZenBox (operated by Utkarsh Kumar).
2. Account
You must sign in with a valid Google account. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything done under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Use ZenBox to access mailboxes you don't own or have permission to manage.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the service or its underlying providers.
- Exceed reasonable usage limits or run automated scripts against the UI.
- Use ZenBox for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Google's terms.
4. User responsibilities
Unsubscribe actions are triggered by you. ZenBox sends standard unsubscribe requests on your behalf (RFC 8058 one-click, mailto, or opening the sender's web link). We can't guarantee senders will honor the request — that's between you and them.
5. Payment terms
ZenBox is currently free during beta. Paid tiers ("Pro", "Team") may be introduced in the future. When that happens:
- Pricing and features will be displayed at /pricing before checkout.
- Subscriptions auto-renew on the billing cycle you select unless cancelled.
- You can cancel any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Account termination
You can delete your account any time at /delete-account. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or expose us to legal risk. On termination we delete your data within 30 days (backup window).
7. Disclaimer of warranties
ZenBox is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenBox (operated by Utkarsh Kumar) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or (b) USD 50.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
