Refund Policy

ZenBox is free during beta. When paid plans launch, the policy below applies.

Beta period

ZenBox is currently free. No charges, no refunds needed. When paid plans launch, this policy takes effect.

14-day refund window

New paid subscribers can request a full refund within 14 days of the first charge for any reason. Email support@utkarshkr.in with your account email and order ID.

After 14 days

Subscription fees are non-refundable after the 14-day window. You may cancel any time and continue using the paid features until the end of the current billing period.

Subscription cancellation

  • Cancel from Settings → Billing any time.
  • Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep paid access until the current period ends.
  • We don't pro-rate refunds for partial months.

Auto-renewal disclosure

Paid subscriptions renew automatically on the same cycle (monthly or yearly) you selected at checkout, charged to the payment method on file. We'll email you a renewal receipt every time. Cancel any time before renewal to avoid the next charge.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry for up to 7 days and email you. After 7 days of failed retries, the account is downgraded to the free tier — your data is preserved.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we'll almost always resolve it faster. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.
